I’m trying to look at this whole journey differently, but it’s just not helping.

I’m seriously getting really discouraged. I have 5 lbs lost in two months of work. I’ve had good days more then bad as far as eating goes, but every time I turn around and want to start getting back to the gym as much as before, I get sick again. Last time it was the stomach bug. This time it’s like the flu; I’ve got aches and pains and I’m constantly going between freezing and burning up. Hopefully I’m feeling better soon, it’s already March and I have some serious gym-ing to do.
